Dr. Jennifer Hawkins

Dr. Jennifer Hawkins has served at Tarrant County College for over nine years. As Director of Corporate Services, Dr. Hawkins collaborates with area businesses, Workforce Solutions For Tarrant County, the Texas Workforce Commission, and community organizations and businesses to establish working relationships
in order to address the community’s employment needs and the recruitment/retention needs of local employers.
Prior to serving as Coordinator, Dr. Hawkins held the position of Instructor/Counselor of Special Projects and Adjunct Instructor for both credit and continuing education courses at Tarrant County College. Prior to joining TCC, she worked with Human Resource Law and established TEA compliant homeschool curriculum for junior high and high school students. Dr. Hawkins currently serves on the Workforce Improvement Committee with Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County. She strongly believes that the community benefits from the union of its citizens, businesses and educational systems.
Hawkins holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology both from Texas Wesleyan University. She is a lifetime member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology at Texas Wesleyan University as well as a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International. Her certifications include DDI facilitator, ESL facilitator, and Microsoft Office facilitators.
